Mindfulness teaches us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experience. While much has been written about Mindfulness, it’s not always easy to know how it’s done and where to start.
In this edition of Ignite, Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Sinead Lynch will take you through a series of short mindful meditation exercises which will help you bring your focus to the here and now. We will also show how being mindful can have a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well on our mental and emotional health.
